Woody 3b5bd79839 feat: wire LLMClientDP into query decompose pipeline (Phase 6) ... QueryDecomposer now uses LLMClientDP (Deepseek) while RelevanceFilter and RAGService continue using LLMClient (OpenRouter/vLLM).
